Our current projects include a large-scale redevelopment in Darwin at lots 106-108 The Esplanade. We will be working with an International Hotel Group to develop a 5-star Hotel with accompanying residential and commercial tower, and a large retail and F&B footprint. In Darwin, we will also be developing a 500 lot residential precinct, with an integrated 4 star Hotel in the gated community. Other projects include a large 100-lot site in Broken Hill, and a future 5 star Hotel project in New Zealand.
We invest in Smart Renewable Energy Solutions. With a significant investment in Blue Dot Energy, the team are looking to understand how we make things better today, to make tomorrow a world for our children.
